Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He was ordained in 2007. He is also Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous online publications and is a co-author of Christ Centered biblical counseling Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids along with his wife Leslie.
